JOIN US ON A WALK TO END SUICIDE ON NOV 4!

Karma Fitness and Wellness will walk to fight suicide in the Out of the Darkness- Central New Jersey Walk on Nov 4th at Thompson Park in Monroe at 10:00 AM.

We are joining the community of nearly 250k people walking in hundreds of cities across the country in support of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's mission to save lives and bring hope to those affected by suicide. The walk has given people the courage to open up about their own struggle or loss, and the platform to change our culture’s approach to mental health. It is an amazing event that brings our communities together to raise voices for mental health awareness and suicide prevention.

Thanks to you and your votes, last year Karma won Best of the Best in Middlesex County Home News Tribune for both KARMA and Ernie Reyes' World Martial Arts! Voting is open again until August 11!
