KARMA is a 9 week fitness and nutrition program with a personalized approach.We focus our attention on clean eating and foods that make us "run" better and feel better. Our motivational approach and continual positive encouragement will keep you in a healthy frame of mind. Everyone has a positive experience and leaves class happy. The support of the instructors as well as the pleasant demeanor of our members create a welcoming environment for all. Our classes combine cardio and strength training throughout the week. Monday and Wednesday are cardio days. Friday is cardio kickboxing. Tuesday and Thursday is strength training. All of our classes provide modifications for every fitness level. We provide personal coaching so you never feel "alone". We are here to help you and provide support every step of the way.
